Lateral Band Walks
Place the band above the knees or around the thighs, keep a slight bend in the knees, and take controlled side steps while maintaining tension.

Use these ideas as a starting point for lower-body activation, warm-ups, and resistance work. Choose a band level that lets you move with control and maintain good form throughout the exercise.
Start with controlled movements and a comfortable range of motion. Increase resistance only when you can keep your form steady.
Place the band above the knees or around the thighs, keep a slight bend in the knees, and take controlled side steps while maintaining tension.
Place the band above the knees and gently press outward as you lift your hips. Keep the movement smooth and avoid letting the knees collapse inward.
Position the band above the knees and squat through a comfortable range while keeping the knees tracking in line with the feet.
With the band around the thighs or ankles, stand tall and move one leg outward with control. Use a wall or stable surface for balance if needed.
Maintain light tension in the band and take small diagonal steps forward or backward. Keep your torso steady and movements deliberate.
Lie on your side with the band above the knees. Keep the feet together and open the top knee only as far as you can without rotating the hips backward.
You do not need a complicated program to use the bands effectively. Pick a few movements that match your workout and keep the resistance manageable.
Choose 2–3 movements before a lower-body workout.
Choose 3–4 movements and perform them with controlled form.
Inspect the band before each use and stop using it if you notice damage, fraying, or loss of integrity. Use a resistance level that allows smooth, controlled movement and stop an exercise if it causes pain or you cannot maintain stable form.
